Welcome to Trini Trunks. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Trini Trunks Apparel Supply Co., business registration number B2026091000014, trading online as Trini Trunks in Trinidad and Tobago. We operate this website and online store, including its content, products, features and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with hosting through Namecheap EasyWP, to provide the Services.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Delivery policy and any other policies displayed on our website, govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting our website, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may browse and purchase from our store without creating a customer account unless otherwise stated.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity conducted through your account. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings and differences between devices.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for reviewing the available product information and selecting an appropriate size before ordering.
Product availability is subject to change. We may discontinue products, limit purchase quantities or restrict sales to particular customers or locations where reasonably necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer any rights in its design, branding, photographs or other intellectual property.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted once payment has been received or authorized and we confirm that the products are available for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
• A product is unavailable
• Product, pricing or inventory information was incorrect
• Payment was not received or authorized
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
• The delivery information supplied is incomplete or invalid
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law
If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund using the original payment method or another agreed method.
Please review your products, sizes, quantities, delivery address, email address and telephone number carefully before submitting an order.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD).
Delivery is TT$40 for Trinidad and TT$60 for Tobago. These charges are displayed during checkout. We do not currently offer free delivery, local pickup or delivery outside Trinidad and Tobago.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors.
Discount codes and automatic promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Eligible adult trunks receive TT$25 off each when two or more are purchased. Kids’ trunks are TT$150 for one or TT$275 for two; the pair offer repeats, with an unmatched extra priced at TT$150. Bundle purchases remain eligible for exchanges under our Refund and Returns Policy. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Available payment methods and instructions will be displayed at checkout once the official payment integration is ready. No live payment gateway is currently enabled.
Unpaid stock reservations are held for 60 minutes. A stock reservation is not confirmation that an order has been accepted or paid.
Customers represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information supplied is accurate.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address and working telephone number.
Our courier is oDeliver. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days for Trinidad and 4–5 business days for Tobago. We generally arrange collection for the following business day after receiving an order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; weekends, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect them. This does not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If an order is returned, delayed or requires redelivery because the delivery details were incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient could not be contacted or was unavailable, contact us to arrange the next steps. Any proposed additional delivery charge will be confirmed with you before redelivery is arranged.
Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery. If an order appears to be lost or was damaged during delivery, please contact us at trinitrunks@gmail.com so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
We sell and deliver within Trinidad and Tobago only. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Cancellations, returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Eligible exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Multi-buy discounts do not make an item final sale; only items explicitly marked “Final Sale” are excluded from change-of-mind or sizing exchanges.
Paid orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy apply.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear exchanges are accepted only when the item satisfies all eligibility requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy is intended to exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies that may apply to defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content—including the Trini Trunks name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text and website layout—are owned by or licensed to Trini Trunks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content.
Third-party names, trademarks and technology belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 8 – REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
You grant Trini Trunks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that submission for operating, improving and promoting the Services.
We may remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
We are not required to keep unsolicited suggestions confidential, pay compensation for them or respond to them.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may contain links to or features provided by third parties, including payment providers, couriers, social-media platforms and other service providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.
SECTION 10 – STORE TECHNOLOGY AND RESPONSIBILITY
WordPress, WooCommerce and our hosting provider supply technology used to operate the online store.
All purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Trini Trunks Apparel Supply Co. We are responsible for handling product enquiries, fulfilment, delivery enquiries, returns, refunds and customer service. Our website technology and hosting providers are not the sellers of our products.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Information is processed through our WordPress/WooCommerce website and relevant hosting, email and delivery service providers to operate the store, handle orders and enquiries, arrange delivery and protect the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and how to contact us about it.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges, availability or other matters.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order. If a paid order is cancelled because of our error, we will provide an appropriate refund.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Services:
• For any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose
• To violate applicable laws or the rights of another person
• To infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights
• To submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• To transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
• To interfere with the security or operation of the Services
• To collect or misuse another person’s information
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• To send spam, phishing messages or unauthorized advertising
• To scrape, copy or commercially exploit the Services without permission
• To attempt to bypass security, fraud-prevention or access-control measures
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
SECTION 14 – AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES
We may update, suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the Services without notice where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party services or circumstances outside our control.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable Services.
However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trini Trunks and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Our liability will not be excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful, including where liability arises from fraud, wilful misconduct or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trini Trunks and its service providers from reasonable claims, losses or expenses arising directly from:
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 18 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity or misuse the website.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue—including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, privacy and governing law—will remain in effect.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER
If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.
A waiver is effective only when expressly confirmed by us in writing.
SECTION 21 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and Trini Trunks concerning your use of the Services and your purchases from our store.
If a promotion includes separate terms that conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
SECTION 22 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with the operation, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, operations, policies or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Any material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
